Hair Styling Bookings

I’m super excited to dive right into the hairstyling process, but before we begin, I would appreciate gathering a few essential details from you. Additionally, I'd like to share some valuable information to ensure that your special day proceeds seamlessly and without any unnecessary stress.

Terms and Condition

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your date. This payment will be deducted of the final balance. This deposit is non-refundable if in any case of cancellation of your booking later than 6 months prior notice. If a deposit is not received within 1 week

of booking, it is possible for another booking to be made on the desired day. Payment details will be emails upon receiving your booking form. Should your booking date or details change please advise ASAP in writing via email to: luxehairbypriscilla@outlook.com . A decrease in client numbers later than 4 weeks prior notice to your event, full payment will be due and payable. Final payment must be made 1 week prior to your event day so that you can sit back and relax on the day.

Hair Prep

Believe it or not the preparation you do on your hair before I arrive is extremely important. I would love both you and all in your group to follow these preparation instructions, if you have any question please give me a call.

To ensure all hair styles are at their very best and in order to keep on schedule, all hair needs to be clean and dry, excluding blow dry bookings. Please ensure all hair is washed the night before, for oily hair wash the morning of and completely dry. Shampoo hair three times, focusing on the roots and all over the scalp to remove oils, dirt and product build up. Please do not use Tresemme or Pantene products for this occasion. Ideally use a quality salon shampoo sulfate free and silicone free. Condition hair once, using approx. a 10cent piece amount, focusing on ends of the hair, rinse conditioner thoroughly. You may blow dry hair with a paddle brush but please do not straighten or curl your hair. Quality hair products will be used at the time of styling. Up styles will not allow time for blow drying hair. If such case arise and time permits, a fee will apply to blow dry and be payable at the time. If hair has not been washed properly I unfortunately will not be able to continue with styling. I highly recommended wearing a button, zip up or loose fitting shirt, a robe or gown is also suitable to keep hair intact when changing.
